Register for Workplace for Good

Workplace is closing in 2026: Workplace for Good is now closed to new registrations.
This page is only applicable to system admins.
If you want to register for Workplace for Good, first make sure your organization is eligible.
To register for Workplace for Good:
  1. Make sure you have set up Workplace for your organization.
  2. Click Admin PanelAdmin Panel in the left menu on Workplace.
  3. Click Payments.
  4. Click Apply now in the Workplace for Good box.
  5. Click Start.
  6. Visit TechSoup to get a validation token.
    • TechSoup validation tokens are unique codes available to nonprofits that have been validated by TechSoup. A validation token is a string of letters and numbers that typically ends with a part of an organization's name. Here's an example: 123a4567@MyOrgName.
  7. Return to Workplace and enter your TechSoup token, then click Apply.
    • At this point, you will see whether your TechSoup validation is valid.
  8. Click Next.
If your TechSoup validation token is valid, then you will immediately have free access to Workplace.
If your TechSoup validation token is not valid, then you will be invited to set up payment to continue using Workplace after your free trial. If you have followed all of the steps above and you believe your organization is eligible for Workplace for Good but your TechSoup validation token is not working, contact Workplace support.
Create more than one Workplace for your Workplace for Good organization
If you are a Workplace for Good customer, then you can launch up to 5 Workplaces for your organization. This may be useful if, for example, you want separate Workplaces for employees and volunteers.
We are requiring Workplace for Good customers to contact Workplace Support to launch new Workplaces for their organization to maintain the highest levels of security.

Communicating between different Workplaces
All individual Workplaces are separate from one another, but you can connect your different Workplaces by setting up multi-company groups. This means that people within your separate Workplaces can still collaborate with each other.
Workplace Support will only be able to communicate with admins for individual Workplaces, as opposed to all your separate Workplaces at once.
Note: The terms and conditions of additional Workplaces remain the same as for your current Workplace. You may only create user accounts for your direct employees, contractors and volunteers.
